The way of interpretation will astound you , although most of the songs have been your favourites for a long time . Our main interest is in the poetic French Chanson .

The Piaf songs , full of longing for love , and the strokes of bad luck are absolutely suited to the diseuse Marie Marlene,
as is the timbre of the 70year old Marlene Dietrich .
Every sung note reminds us of a private burial ceremony , thinking of our idols .
